Nothing special about this place. Room service is horrible management is not worth a dime. The rooms were never cleaned the week. We were there and their responses. We have to check the cameras cause we don’t believe you. I came down every day to grab toilet paper towels because they never came to my room, but they said they have to check because they don’t believe me management is horrible. I will close with damage in the washer and all they could say is the responsibility of the guest to use the washing machine properly nowhere it says that it’s your responsibility to maintain the washer for that company. Midtown suites is not a place I would recommend even for a place to keep my dog. They weren’t even that busy construction on the first two floors third and fourth floor availability only and to boot I’m disabled and I had to come down every day myself to pick up the items that we needed in the room. We spoke to the manager and he says there’s nothing he can do about the loss of clothes there’s nothing they can do. This has been the worst trip ever. Then it’s not even mentioned that the construction is going on the hotel looks like crap.
All are closed damaged from the Washer that didn’t even wash the clothes

Diamond in the rough!

Remodeling has been going on for about a year but when it's completed it will be a fantastic hotel to stay at!!! Awesome room decor...comfortable bed and really modern bathroom. Will stay here again.

Love the renovations thy they have done. This property has been my go to for the last 6 months of working in Greenville. Some of the friendliest people I have met. They recently added music to the entrance & it definitely creative positive vibes.

I never actually got to stay here. I pulled up and the parking lot maybe had 5 cars in, with a bunch of construction going on. I walked in, no one to be seen. I waited a couple minutes thinking maybe they were on break. I eventually knocked on the counter, yelling hello and still no one was around. I waited another few minutes and still no one. It’s clear they’re doing renovations, which I’m fine with staying at a place during those times. I just would’ve liked an email or some sort of notification saying what’s going on and if check in might be a little different. I left to go get food and charge my phone. Tried calling and no answer. I ended up just going to another hotel, which was very costly so I’m extremely disappointed with this. It was too late to cancel on the app so I’m out the $150 spent on this place plus the new hotel price.

BEWARE - UNDER RENOVATIONS!!

This hotel was pricier than other nearby options but had good ratings which is why I booked it. Beware that as of early May 2025, this place is a TOTAL CONSTRUCTION ZONE!! Even our “completed” room still had punch list items not done. The price they are asking for here is well overpriced for the condition of the hotel. It should be about half the cost it is per night given its condition.

Hotel was under remodel, but has potential. The biggest problem was the bugs were numerous! Roach infestation was a major problem.

I’m sure the hotel will be a great deal nicer when all the construction is done which they did not state on Google or hotels.com. What a mess. Lobby ..well what lobby..under construction..check in was hard to hear the reception due to the loud noise..elevator looked as if a bomb went off inside. And the hallways..well under construction..and the bed and tv was the only thing nice..wife almost fell in toilet because the toilet seat was so loose..worst hotel stay in my entire life..we should have just left and asked for a refund but we were so tired from traveling all day we just dealt with it.
