This was definitely an attempt at revamping an old motel. Although they tried their best it's just not enough. Coffee maker didn't work in the room. One positive is they had a good breakfast.

Overall the experience with our stay was good. A lot of outside and above noise which was ok but the fighting and loudness of people in the parking lot was hard to sleep! Not sure if that was just bad luck or is that’s normal for people that stay there! We didn’t eat breakfast because it was over by 9am I choice to sleep in after concert the night before!

I travel quite a bit, and spend many nights in less expensive hotels. They urban boutique hotel is by far the best I stayed in. I am normally concerned about three areas: First, cleanliness, this hotel gets 10 stars. Second, Internet connection, once again 10 stars, very fast Internet connection. Third, breakfast. The breakfast at this hotel was as good if not better than many restaurant breakfast. If I am in the Greenville area, I will drive extra miles to stay here again.

This is a nice, convenient, and low cost hotel while visiting Greenville. We have stayed here twice on different trips and love how convenient it is to the arena, mall, and downtown area. The morning breakfast buffet really adds to the value and has always been clean and well supplied by Sylvia...a terrific employee!

The staff was closing the breakfast 30 min before breakfast was done. I felt like the lady was watching me to finish. I didn't like that. Also why couldn't you bring back your food to room. I am paying for a service, I should be able to do what I want. Also some people didn't speak English at all, so that was frustrating. The showers and bathrooms were cracked, floors torn up. They need to renovate that place a little.

I've staid here twice. I usually have a lot of luggage as I'm going camping the next 3 days, so I like the convenience of a motel and pulling up to your room. The rooms are really clean and nice. They have renovated the motel in the last few years. It's only 1 1/2 miles to downtown and really close to 385. There is a sports bar across the street and a Harris Teeter down the road. Great value.

Room didn’t have microwave even though it was advertised. There were some very shady characters staying at the hotel that made me extremely uncomfortable. The room smelled of bleach and was not pleasant.
