could have been great

so, the check in lady doesn't need to be working here - she needs to be at the Marriott. it was that type of 5 star service that's shocking. beyond that, the location seemed nicer than expected, but then i'm brought back down to earth with the meltdown crying children across the hall 5 times during my stay, the sketchy guests yelling outside at 1:45 AM, the room next door having an outdoor voice conversation inside and obvious of how thins the walls were. obviously my experience would have been totally different had the guests simply behaved or i was in a different room or lucked into a better day. that said, the mattress seemed to be memory foam and really comfortable while i was awake, though i'm not sure i slept much better. the hot water ran out on both of my showers and someone thought it was a good idea to vacuum the halls at 8:44 AM. sure i would still stay again, it's a great price in a great centralized location. i think maybe next time i would ask for a floor higher up and hope maybe it is just less empty (quiet)

We liked that the rooms were opened the ac was nice and cold staff was great both day and night, they have a kitchenette and full size refrigerator, bed was comfortable we felt safe we traveled as a family with kids We did not like the shower had no pressure coming out so washing off took forever, when someone is using bathroom sink you hear the loud pipes very disturbing, didn’t appreciate the 100$ deposit I paid upfront and Expedia said I may have to pay an additional 25$ deposit but wasn’t expecting a 100$ deposit just be aware of that Overall it was an ok hotel for me I would stay elsewhere but it worked for us for the weekend

I love the location, only minutes away from the mall, restaurants, and the bon secure wellness Center. The facility was very clean. My husband and I were checked in by Ms. K. She was so friendly and made our check in process so easy. We arrived a bit earlier than our scheduled check in time, but she had no problem checking us in early. We would definitely stay here again

The walls were paper thin. I could hear the neighbors all night long. The bed was uncomfortable, and my back was killing me when i woke up. I took a quick shower in the morning before leaving and near the end of it, the water was already getting cold.

The delayed stay.

My stay was pleasant. Definitely will be returning. The only thing I missed in reservations was no breakfast but there are eatery nearby. My check in was delayed by 2.5 hours and i was not happy about that being that I came from NC. Ms K (AGM) and Fenil (GM) kept cool and attempted to accommodate (WIP) at the time of this survey. So we will see how this turns out. Otherwise the hotel was nice, quiet, and great place to stay.

So much for breeze to cover up the smoke smell and dogs smell try to give me a room with a stain so nasty in the bathtub. It was ridiculous. The rooms have no fans. Overall not good

don't stay here

Do not stay. room was dirty and had horrible smell. Comforter was disgusting and dirty. Beds terrible and pillow were flat and hard. No soap in bath.
