Clean room staff very helpful close proximity to all gran via plaza del sol restaurants churches sights to see taxi's are everywhere will stay again

We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. From the quick check-in to the efficient check-out, we found the staff polite and professional. Our room was cleaned daily and very well. They resupplied amenities every day. Our room overlooked the Gran Via, which we enjoyed. We enjoyed the roof top bar lounge with free coffee; staff there were friendly. I am giving this hotel a 5 star review because we would definitely return. Some suggestions that did not affect the rating: it would be nice to have usb port outlets in the room to charge our phones. I was not offered an upgrade or free breakfast, but I can overlook that. A clock or clock radio would have been nice. A hot water kettle or coffeemaker would have been nice. Overall, a great experience and convenient location in Madrid!

Amazing experience overall!

We stayed for 3 nights in a deluxe double and were very happy with our stay. Our room didn’t have a view and wasn’t large (we could push one of our suitcases under the bed) but was comfortable and well serviced. Staff were very helpful and we appreciated them storing a bag for us for ~3 weeks (we stayed a night earlier before other travels with in Spain then returning). Location is excellent - a couple of metro stations within a short walk; dining at your doorstep and shopping and sights also very close by.

Our hotel room was not worth the money. No toiletries provided. Room and bathroom was very compact and not worth the money. Breakfast was good and the location was convenient. Could have been lesser priced for the amenities.
