We have family in Neosho and Seneca and this location was perfect. A good amount of restaurants and shops within 5min drive (i.e. Walmart, Lowes, gas station, pop eyes, burger king, dollar tree, etc). Staff was great. The room had stains on the wall. The bedding had cigarette holes, given that it was a smoking room but c'mon! The shower head was awful and the water wasn't very hot. Great location. Easy on/off to I-49. Room was very clean. Great to have a microwave & a frig! We were in town for a funeral and I needed a bed for an additional family member. There were no cots so we had to pay for an additional room. The price is super reasonable though.
