Overall it was clean. Showerhead was so corroded that parts of the self-cleaning spots were missing. Water poured out instead of spraying.

Candlewyck Cove Resort
Nice room but the tv remote was missing batteries, the hot tub wouldn't get hot and the radio on the wall was broken. Other then that it was okay. But one of the main reasons we got the room was for the hot tub which didn't work.

Shangri-La Resort
The main reason we choose this place is because of the indoor heated pool. Turns out the room is heated and the water is freezing and green. My kids were completely upset. We drove 3 hours for a cold and nasty pool. Totally not worth it in the winter.
