Coffee machine in room but no coffee, tea, etc. One has to go to the basement for coffee or tea. No hot chocolate. Seems like an easy seasonal fix. For years every floor has had filtered, chilled water dispensers with bottles to go; that’s a good thing!

Our first room on the 22nd floor had a terribly uncomfortable bed and couch. We had to ask to be moved to a different room, and the bed was wonderful. The couch, however, was just as uncomfortable as the first. Stephen at the front desk provided the best customer service of all.
