I was not even able to stay at the hotel, once I got there they canceled my room. Saying that they charged the card on file but since it was denied they canceled. I have always paid at the location this was the location that did this. Very disappointing.

The Chicago Hotel Collection Ambassador Gold Coast
The hotel is beautiful and has very helpful staff. Room is not as nice as shown in pictures- feels a little musty and dark. The view is also not amazing at least from the lower levels. However, it is a great place for a short visit and in a beautiful location.
