Chicago Club Inn & Suites
Definitely not baby friendly. Bed sheets were stained and there was a fresh sauce stain on one of the beds. Microwave could not be used due to it possibly exploding in your face. Air conditioner screen kept falling off. Blow dryer not working. Could not wait to check out.

Clean rooms, but older. Hallways were dirty. The airport shuttle only comes 1x every 40 min, so you may have to waot awhile. You have to put your name in to reserve a spot for shuttle back to the airport- so you may not get to utilize this perk and have to call an uber, like we did.

Elevator extremely slow. Sometimes a 5 minute wait. Breakfast buffet food was cold although sold as a hot breakfast. Same drink glass I left on table at 6 pm was still there at 8 am.

Hyatt Regency Deerfield
This particular Hyatt Regency is in a terrible need of complete renovation. The room I stayed in had HVAC issues and plumbing problems. Tacky old decor makes a place very unpleasant looking. There are better options in the area.
