Clean, eell maintained. Friendly staff.

While some equipment were aged, hotel room and equipments in the room were kept clean. However, the bathroom of the public area such as ground level and leobby were not kept clean. Most likely some of the customers not using properly, but I didn’t like it.

So great stays

The woman at the desk, Tin, was AMAZING. She helped fix the reservation where I had entered the wrong data and made sure everything was corrected. She speaks good English. The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is near the Greenbelt Mall and great restaurants. The building was clean with great amenities like a huge pool and a nice equipped gym. It was a memorable stay. Thanks!

The area was convenient but the downside was the laundry/dryer. Of the 3 times I stayed in this hotel, it was working only once. The pool was nice but gets crowded. Breakfast buffet selection was great, but quite pricey. It isn't worth it considering its proximity to restaurants in the area. Also, room service pamphlet wasn't updated. We didn't get to order through SMS and had to go downstairs to order our food.
