Bo gÄr bra, men rÀkna inte med service till middag

HerrgÄrden i sig var fin och vi hade ett trevligt rum, men vÄr middagsupplevelse var under all kritik. Vi kom i tid till vÄr 19 bokning och satt sen i över en och en halv timme och vÀntade pÄ vÄr mat och nÀr jag vÀl fick laxen var den till hÀlften understekt och till hÀlften överstekt. Inte en enda gÄng under de 90+ minuter vi (och andra) vÀntade kom nÄgon med förklaring eller erbjudande om nÄt att knapra pÄ medans vi vÀntade. Vi fick tom gÄ och bestÀlla mer dryck sjÀlva. Frukosten var dock ok morgonen dÀrpÄ.

Mysiga omgivningar. VÄrt ekonomi dubbelrum, sista rummet som fanns tillgÀngligt, hade tvÄ enkelsÀngar i varsin Ànda av rummet. Den lÄste dörren bredvid min sÀng gick till grannens rum vilket innebar att man hörde allt som sades i deras rum o vice versa. SÀngarna var gamla precis som inledningen. Vi checkade in kl 18. DÄ fanns ingen reception. Bara restaurangpersonalen. Orangeriet hade fin mat pÄ papperet men inte vÀllagad. Min hÀlleflundra hade fjÀllen kvar pÄ skinnet. Fisken lÄg pÄ moset vilket gjorde det svÄrt att Àta. Smakerna var bra.
