We had a late check in...11:00 PM...we checked in easily. Opened our room to find an unmade bed. Was given another room that was at least "clean". Inside door was not secured so instantly felt unsafe. Laminate floors were dirty and couldn't walk without shoes if I wanted to keep my feet clean. Bed was so uncomfortable and I can usually tolerate a firmer mattress. Went to call our friends on the hotel phone and there were no cords on the phone at all. After I left a negative review online, the owner emailed me direct. They proceeded to notify us that the reason the bed was uncomfortable was because there was a medical emergency on that bed and they replaced the mattress to keep the public safe. I'm sorry but I was instantly sick to my stomach...say what?? Don't understand the good reviews here....we were tricked into thinking this would be a good place to sleep for the night. Will not recommend this place and, in fact, Wyndham should pull their name from this facility as it makes them look bad. Save your money and stay any where else!

Older motel but very clean. Room nice and clean with comfortable bed. Motel so park in front of room and walk in. Could also access inside hallway from room too. Breakfast was good-eggs biscuits gravy, waffle etc. No in-room coffee maker. Manager very nice and always asking if everything ok. Dated outside.

Not for us !

It started when we just pulled in there. We noticed that there was soffit parts hanging off the building and unpainted parts of building and Rusty parts on the building. In the front entryway of, the outside , The carpet was slightly tattered and had all kinds of pollen pieces stuck to it. It looked very tacky. On entering the front desk. It was simple but look clean and the gentleman at the front desk was polite. He asked to see a room and we got there. There was plank flooring in there which had missing parts to it and some warped places in it. briefly looked at the mattress, didn’t see any bugs , however, after looking closer to it after we had checked in, there was yellow stains on my side of the mattress and dark marks, and all my husband side of the bed that was several black and dark marks, possibly dirt on his side of the mattress, bottom line the mattress is very old.All around the pool looked very dated and so old that the paint did not look clean. This is a motel and not a hotel and there was no shears on the current windows just only the curtain so you have full access to a busy parking lot right next to a gas station with people coming in and out of.. so privacy was very lacking , and it was very noisy. I would not recommend this to anyone, even if they’re looking for a budget stay.

It was quiet and roomy, bed are soft but comfortable. They have your shower needs in dispensers in the shower. Dove, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Its a very nice size pool.

We stayed for 4 nights. 3 young kids excited to swim and we were in the pool (which was pretty cold) for about 5 minutes when I noticed a dead mouse. I told the front desk and he said oh okay, I'll get it taken care of. Then I did ask if they cleaned it and he said yes but didn't say how or when. Our room was pretty clean and the beds were super comfy. However, there was no drain stop so I couldn't give my kids baths and had to do showers. Giving them showers was doable but not ideal for young kids and a 1 year old. The faucet in the tub dripped the entire time. And the sink faucet was loose. Breakfast was not the best. Bagels/waffles were the best part. The geavy and biscuits were in crockpots and looked like they would just keep them in the fridge and just reheat them the next morning. Staff was for the most part very nice. The place is pretty old and needs a lot of updates. I hate complaining but it just wasnt a very good experience. No one ever apologized for the mouse in the pool and no offer for a refund, even a partial refund. I was also charged $40 for a crib when I thought it was free upon availability. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Family Reunion

My stay was just an overnight one. I went there to meet my sister from the West part of Missouri. We met in my hotel room for a bit and then in the morning over breakfast in the hotel's cosmopolitan room.

This was a good hotel for us passing through for the night. It is an older hotel and certainly has that feel. Some wear and tear around the property that you’d expect of an older hotel. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was pretty standard continental breakfast. The pool was a little cold for our kids but they still enjoyed it. Overall this was a nice hotel and I would stay again if passing through Hannibal.

Our kids enjoyed the Large pool area. We also enjoyed the Pool tables. Breakfast Saturday Morning was good, but Sunday was not. Not the same options available. Sunday was a much smaller deal, no eggs, no biscuits & gravy, no sausages. Food we had enjoyed on Saturday morning. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean.

When we pulled up, we weren't sure it was even open(barely any cars there on a Saturday evening). No one at the front desk to greet you, had to call them and let them know you're there. It was basically a ghost hotel that needs many updates. On the positive, my son had the huge pool to himself! Breakfast had very limited options. We had no issues at the place but seems very sketch when you get there.

This place was very convenient location Easy parking and had a very nice breakfast. However the bathroom floor was very dirty. We emptied our cooler in the bathtub and water spilled on the floor. Used a towel to wipe it up and the towel was black! Floor didn't look dirty but OMG it was. Bed was clean and comfortable. we left our socks on because of bathroom while in room Do not follow GPS to this hotel it takes you in a very long out of way area!

Nice people and safe, comfortable room

Staff were kind and accommodating as always! The room was clean and comfortable, I felt safe, I enjoyed a nice shower after a long drive and then got cozied up and watched Tombstone on TV until I fell asleep. I slept well, no noise, just the right temperature in the room. Affordable and comfortable- just what I needed. Will stay again!
