It was horrible, took almostc2 hrs to check in to a halfway decent room, the 1st room was full of flies, tv didnt work air didnt work, cloudy window you couldnt see out i of it and a moldy smell, 2nd room dirty, bed hard as a rock no cold water in showe, tv.would go.in and out, dog barking all night, breakfast was nasty, old fruit abd bread water gravy. Shady characters live in hotel placed there from homeless program.... Hotel is run down and should not be open for business. At check out several.guests complaining about the same things, one didnt even have electricity. I will be contacting the state and local agencies to investigate this eat hole... My husband was approaching in parking lot and she asked if he wanted company, just disgusting, i would say human trafficking just might be going on there ... i want a full refund

TV reception

The stay was very nice. The only problem we had was the reception on the TV. Majority of the channels were extremely fuzzy & couldn’t watch them, so we couldn’t hardly find anything to watch on TV due to this issue.

Do NOT stay here. Horrible experience.

Do NOT go there! Literally was there 45 minutes and decided we were not going to stay there. The pool was not in swimmable. Even when they said it was. The water was under skimmer level. What looked like paint cans and folger tubs on the railing on second level that could easily fall on someone or a kid at that. Anytime you needed front you had to pick up a phone to call them to front and wait a while before someone came in. Building is falling apart and rust all down the side. When we pulled up it 1. Look nothing like what the pictures showed on the page, basically it look like that 20+ years ago and didn’t keep it up. 2. Looked deserted. Mutiple things where messed up, to me it seem like that would just throw a big bandaid on it and called it fixed. No ice machine. Just a huge wire sticking out of main walkway. The room had bugs crawling around it in. Bedsheets smelt clean but had black and brown stains all over it. Our fire alarm was half falling out of our wall. And didn’t look like a typical fire alarm to me. Looked like it was messed with and replaced with foreign objects. Outside the room there was multiple people, that looked homeless, sitting just outside the window. My 4 year old spotted pill(s)outside our door that led to the parking lot. Did NOT feel safe with out children there. Save your money and find something else. We do not know anything else that could be long we only stayed 45 minutes to an hour there and found WAY to many red flags. We didn’t get a refund

Nasty floors, employees walking in on you without knocking, while napping, invading 4th amendment. Loud with drunks or mental people at night, yelling slurs. Did not feel safe. Charged extra on card for petty things. Had to switch rooms cause the first room was so nasty. Hardly anything like the pictures.

This hotel was what you pay for that’s for sure.. broken towel holder.. tv didn’t work.. he said he would come back to let us know if he had another. Never did.. ice machine was broke down.. beds blankets have stains on them… bed were broken.. wasn’t very clean… bugs flying around in the room.

Highly recommend

The owners were amazing and extremely accommodating. The rooms were clean and the pool was relaxing. We got 4 rooms with a total of 9 people and everyone was happy with their stay. Breakfast was good and they had plenty of options for everyone.
