This hotel was a disappointment across the board. The room was not clean (literal pile of dirt under the A/C unit on the floor). Our sheets and comforter had cigarette burns in them even though it was a non-smoking room. The only reason i gave it more than 1 star is that the person who checked us in was nice. The person working the next morning couldn't be bothered to get off her video call to do her job. All i needed was a place for my family to crash for the night during a long road trip and I still would not recommend this place at all.

There were at least 2 dead bugs on the floor in our room. Grass and grounds were unkept. We were traveling with our dog and this was what was available. The price was reasonable and we did sleep well.

The office staff were friendly, but the room had a lingering urine smell to it like we were roomed in a dirty urnal. Would think the cleaning stall would have dealt with it or at least reportedbit to management to replace the carpet.

Don't Stay

It took 2 hours to check, because they couldn't seem to give us a key that worked. Finally got in 2nd room after 2 tries. The Tv had no volume (had to wait for maintenance, new phone no wall plug in, therefore no dial tone. The lounge is not open, there is no buffet breakfast like the pictures on internet, not even coffee in the lobby. There was a pool and it was usable. The main lady at check in acted like she as on drugs. The other lady standing there had a shorter top on which did not cover her very large belly hanging out. Not a good first impression for a new customer checking in. We had stayed here before and loved the place and its amenities. Would not recommmend to anyone or stay again myself.

Staff was okay but after discoing many bugs in my room I was promised a refund but later denied the refund by management. Hotel room was covered in ants when I woke up. It was so gross!!!
