Everything but the bathroom in our room was great. I notified the front desk that the toilet was dirty and had dried urine around the base. We have stayed at this hotel several times and this was the only time I remember having an issue with cleanliness.

Check-in was fast and friendly. The room was easily accessible and the beds were very comfortable. However, there was a bit of a musty smoke smell. The only thing I would suggest would be to include instructions for the tvs to help navigate the programming being used.

One of the worst morning breakfast offerings I've ever experienced! tiny coffee cups; Splenda not offered; dry, overdone scrambled eggs; dry, hard sausages; dismal lighting; bread that you toast yourself (lines); out of doughnuts; weird pastries, etc., etc. Room was fairly nice but skip breakfast. Total experience: hotel room OK, morning breakfast is a no-go.

I originally thought it was because so many people were there, but the next morning I tried showering again and not only no hot water, there was also no water pressure coming from the shower head.
