Beautiful and well maintained hotel. We had a late arrival. Staff was available to provide us with keys to our room. Breakfast area was clean, food was fresh. Well done!

Not a place to revisit...

Asked for an extra pillow at the reception, but they were all out of pillows, and the attitude were like we are just in way. Room was dirty and radiator did not work all night so the room was freezing cold.

Not going back.

The room was dirty, stank of smoke and dark. There was only a dribble of water for the tap. The toilet bowl only filled when I ran the shower so almost impossible to flush the toilet. The reception tried to charge me for the room I had already paid for and were rood. The breakfast was ok on the first day but next to nothing left at 09.00 on the Sunday and I was told they are not putting any more out. Also not great that the breakfast staff stand around talking about the guests in earshot of said guests sitting having breakfast. All in all not impressed. I have stayed at this hotel before and if wasn’t the best but this time was probably my worst experience of a hotel ever.

It is a good price for large rooms. Parts might look dated, but the hotel is quite comfortable.

Äldre hotell i behov av reservation

Äldre hotell i stort behov av renovering. Hotellrummen var ok men korridorerna var smutsiga. Bland annat så var brandtrappan barrikaderad av barnsängar. Även de fläktar som fanns på rummet var farliga då koppartrådarna låg synliga på flera ställen. Personalen var dock mycket trevlig. De hjälpte till att hitta en restaurang eftersom den som fanns vid hotellet var stängd.
