Beautiful and well maintained hotel. We had a late arrival. Staff was available to provide us with keys to our room. Breakfast area was clean, food was fresh. Well done!

Not a place to revisit...
Asked for an extra pillow at the reception, but they were all out of pillows, and the attitude were like we are just in way. Room was dirty and radiator did not work all night so the room was freezing cold.

Not going back.
The room was dirty, stank of smoke and dark. There was only a dribble of water for the tap. The toilet bowl only filled when I ran the shower so almost impossible to flush the toilet. The reception tried to charge me for the room I had already paid for and were rood. The breakfast was ok on the first day but next to nothing left at 09.00 on the Sunday and I was told they are not putting any more out. Also not great that the breakfast staff stand around talking about the guests in earshot of said guests sitting having breakfast. All in all not impressed. I have stayed at this hotel before and if wasn’t the best but this time was probably my worst experience of a hotel ever.

It is a good price for large rooms. Parts might look dated, but the hotel is quite comfortable.

Meget meget slidt hotelværelse og den mest beskidte remotekontrol til tv, vi nogensinde har set, vi måtte pakke den ind i en plastikpose så ulækker var den. Spejlet var så slidt at vi først troede, at det var beskidt, men det var bare gammelt, slidt og ødelagt. Resten af hotellet var sådan set ok.

72057054037169. Vi havde en enorm dårlig oplevelse - og ønsker at få udgiften refunderet - da hotellet på ingen måde lever op til Hotels.coms normale standarder. Vi ankom meget sent og havde ikke overskud til at reagere eller at skifte hotel i går aftes. Derfor skriver jeg nu. Både hotel og værelse var beskidt. Der var spindelvæv i alle værelser. Bruseniche var under renovering. Der var bruner pletter flere steder på badeværelset. Der var desuden flere andre ulækkert. Jeg har vedhæftet billeder. Det undrer mig meget, at I samarbejder med dette hotel. Det er langt under europæisk standard. Vores oplevelse var ubehagelig. Derfor er refundering rimeligt. Dette valgte hotellet dog at sige nej til.

Meget nedslidt og gammelt. Ikke gjort nogen anstrengelser for at få det til at fremstå hyggeligt eller pænt. Badeværelset var meget beskidt, vægge og kanter snavset. Udsugning på badeværelset næsten lukket af støv. Bestemt ikke et sted til andet en en enkelt overnatning i mangel af bedre. Prisen er for høj til den lave standart.
