The hotel is with walking distance of public transportation, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff are friendly. The only downside is the hotel only accepts cash payments.

The hotel is cash only and they did not let us know in advance and it is not listed in details for expedia. The lady there threatened to call the police if we did not pay via cash. Be aware before booking of a very unpleasant surprise.

Nice, quiet neighborhood. Hotel staff is just a phone call away...and I arrived without my phone which caused a minor delay in getting checked in. Room is clean and comfortable.

Sold our rooms to other people.
Dreadful experience. We came in later in the evening and assumed we weren't coming and gave our rooms away. Every hotel in Hannover was booked so had great problems finding another.

Der Empfang war freundlich. Leider war das Zimmer sehr abgewohnt. Die Gardinen waren vergilbt und hatten Feuchtigkeitsflecken. Die Tapete bräuchte dringend eunen neuen Anstrich, am besten vor 5 Jahren. Der Fernseher hatte keinen Empfang. Im Bad waren viele Fliesen gerissen, in der Dusche sind die Silikonfugen voll mit schwarzem Schimmel. Als Krönung hing auf der Duschabtrennung eine schmutzige Herrenunterhose. Wie man die beim Reinigen des Zimmers übersehen haben kann, ist nicht nachzuvollziehen. Als Entschädigung dafür ging immerhin das Frühstück aufs Haus. Das Frühstück selbst war in Ordnung. In der Unterkunft ist keine Kartenzahlung möglich!

Die Dame, die den "Laden schmeißt" ist wirklich super lieb und herzlich. Das Frühstück war auch super. Aber die Sauberkeit lässt leider sehr zu wünschen übrig und die Möbel und Tapeten haben ihre besten Jahre hinter sich. Das Bett war allerdings völlig in Ordnung.
