Hidden Gem

First two rooms had issues with them, and that’s a testament to Pedro that he made sure we had a good stay and found us a third room! Honestly, it’s said to be near sketchy area. That’s not true. If you have kids, there’s an amazing trampoline park downstairs. And you’re about a 15 minute walk from the central train station that goes around the country. Hotel had amazing shower, good air system, balanced mood lighting and quiet windows. I didn’t have the breakfast as hotel is a short walk from a number of high street locations, but yes, Pedro will sort you out.

Customer Service could be more friendly. Cleaner opened my room on day 2 without knocking. On realising I was in bed, they shut the door and went off without an apology. On waking up five hours later to walk into the city, I realised the door was actually open; it had not even been properly shut by the cleaner when they walked off.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful and friendly. The bathroom in my room was small but well appointed. The room was fine for me, as I was travelling alone. 2 people might have found it slightly cramped.

I would consider this a three star hotel. Clean and functual. The room is way too small for two people and the location is a little out of the way. Breakfast was well prepared, however it was average.

Hatte es mir anders vorgestellt und erhofft

Das Hotel zu finden ist schon ein Erlebnis für sich, da von außen kaum erkennbar. Angenehmes Flair und gute Lage. Zimmer etwas beengt mit sehr knappen "Schreibtisch". Leider weder Wasser noch Tee oder Kaffee auf dem Zimmer. Auswahl beim Frühstücksangebot deutlich hinter den Erwartungen. Rührein bereits um 8:30 Uhr war aus. Zu allem Überfluss löst die Küche einen Feueralarm um 6:45 Uhr aus. Da war der Start in den Tag bereits getrübt. Mehr als eine witzige Entschuldigung viel dem Personal leider auch nicht ein.

Gutes Hotel

Ich bin erst kruz vor Mitternacht angereist und am nächsten Morgen um 8:00 abgereist. Die Lautstärke um das Hotel ist nachts ok, morgens hört man den Berusfverkehr wenn man das Fenster auf Kipp stehen hat. Parken ist an der Straße oder in einem neueren Parkaus 200 m dahinter möglich (8,- über nacht). Das Frühstück ist nicht üppig aber ok. Die Zimmer sind klimatisiert und so konnte ich auch 18°C einstellen weil es mir viel zu warm war. Kopfkissen und Decken könnten besser sein, Matratze war ok.

Ein schlichtes, relativ preiswertes Hotel am alten Güterbahnhof und nicht weit vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Zimmer sind sehr klein, Dusche ebenfalls, ansonsten reicht es für wenige Nächte aus. Sauberkeit und Möglichkeit TV-Sticks anzuschließen sind sehr gut. Von höheren Etagen hat man eine sehr gute Aussicht auf ganz Hannover. Gutes Frühstück mit Selbstbedienung. Obst, Müsli, Brot/Brötchen, Aufstriche inkl. Nutella, Kaffeevollautomat, Obstsäfte usw. vorhanden
