on 16 January 2016 after 20 hours of traveling when we arrive at the apartment we didn't stay at the apartment due to the very un-hygiene and very dirty condition of the apartment, there were some hair on the bed in the master room and the bed cover was extremely dirty and smelly there were dirt every where in the room and so much of personal item of the apartment owner or the previous person was all over the place the bathroom was used and unwashed , the dining table was dirty and smelly the sofa was smelly and there was a big patch of black stain on it ,the sofa bed mattress was Thorne ,this condition which is far away from what is advertised by the websites.the lady from the management came down and saw all the dirt she agreed the place is not safe and suitable to stay and she called the owner or her boss and then offer us another apartment which it was not any better condition than the first one then, then we refuse to stay and she drop us off at one of the hotel and told us to write to the hotel.com and lodge a report.
So I would like to demand for a immediate full refund of the payment and reserve my right to demand for any cost of damage and looses caused by this incident .I will follow-up with the authorities when I am back to Singapore. hope you will take responsibility and take all the necessary action and advise us of the process of our refund and our lost and damages.

Fue muy agradable la estancia, el sitio muy acogedor, mi anfitriona excelente. Únicamente sería importante indicar para una persona con dificultades de movilidad que el departamento está en un segundo piso. Igualmente el precio es muy alto comparado con otras opciones.
