Absolutely AMAZING! What a great location and stunning place. Magical.

I want to make a special mention of the young tall gentleman who served us breakfast on 25th, 26th, and 27th July. He was courteous, friendly and made us feel special. God Bless him in his endeavours.

My brother’s car was one of at least 3 cars to have its window broken and car broken into in the parking lot this week alone. Other hotels in the area have security guards in their parking lots. This hotel doesn’t. Other hotels have signs to alert you that St. John’s has a high rate of car break ins. This hotel doesn’t. Staff went to clean the glass before my brother even found out his window was broken. The police came as there was blood on his vehicle and around the ground near it. And they told us that they have repeat offenders! Obviously it’s not the hotel’s fault but a heads up would have been nice.

Professional and friendly staff, quite helpful with all of my questions at various times.

Quality of breakfast is variable. Better coffee really needed.
