Clean bedlinen and towels, but very worn room. The public hotel areas (corridors, stairs, lavatories, etc., had not been cleaned for some time and you had to walk over litter, snuff and other garbage. Good breakfast but understaffed so you had to wait whenever anything ran out. Over all not a pleasant stay.

We stayed in First Hotel Stadt only for one night. The service was extremely nice, the room old but clean and breakfast buffet was great!

I really liked the location of this Hotel, by the water and close by to shops and restaurants. The Hotel could do with an upgrade as the hotel foyer and rooms are looking a little worn. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of our room and our beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great with a nice selection of items. Overall a pleasant stay!

We stayed only 1 night so we elected for a basic room. It was a good size, clean, but slightly dated. Our breakfast was included and it was very good. Parking is right across the street. The hotel is right on the water and has lovely views from many rooms. It’s close to the train station (walking distance), and highway (E4).

Nice hotel close to water
We were delighted to find our room was enormous! We enjoyed a bottle of wine relaxing in comfortable chairs set in a bay window. Although the hotel is older, they have done a fine job of maintaining it. The furniture was dated, but otherwise we were very comfortable at a great price.
