A Pleasant Stay with Potential for More

I had a lovely stay at this hotel as the staff were genuinely sweet and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant. The food was decent, though not particularly memorable. Drinks were amazing! Well done The Scandinavian minimalism is elegant but adding a few warmer touches like fresh flowers, more color or things such as robes in the rooms, could elevate the experience and subtly encourage guests to enjoy the spa more. One point to consider is the value: for the price, I expected a bit more. For example, access to the pool next door or one spa visit included. The hotel has a lot of potential. A touch of live music in the restaurant on weekend evenings or just creating a more vibrant and cozy atmosphere and could go a long way. It’s a charming place with a bit more warmth and energy, it could be truly exceptional!

Fint hotell med potential att bli bättre!

Många sittmöbler är gjorda för barn och kineser, man sitter med hakan mellan knäna och att ta sig upp uren mjuk soffa om man ör gammal eller har artrosknän är smärtsamt och näst intill omöjligt! Personalen var underbar, mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma! Att få varm hjortronsylt på glassen misslyckades två kvällar i rad, trots påpekande! Frukostens varma rätter var nätt och jämt ljumma ena frukosten, men andra morgonen var åtminstone scrumbeled eggs varm. Annars mycket god och fräsch frukost! Middagens varmrätter var nästan varma! Hotellet är väldigt fint och fräscht!

Allt kan förbättras!

Hade höga förväntningar MEN 26 grader på rummet och ingen möjlighet att justera temperatur. Välkomnades med annan gästs namn på tv- skärmen. Kvarglömda städgrejer på rummet. En stillastående robotdammsugare utanför rummet så svårt att ta sig ut. Inget kaffe till frukosten på två dagar/ hela vår vistelse. Kaffemaskinen sönder och personal visade brist på initiativ till lösning. Av två hissar var en hiss avstängd hela vistelsen. Ingen kommunikation etc etc Inget billigt hotell. Slutsats - ett hotell som har alla förutsättningar att bli ett riktigt bra hotell och borde nog ha varit det redan. Men ALLT behöver skruvas upp från grunden med start av ledarskap, personal, teamkänsla och förståelse för gästen.

Schönes neues Hotel mit ansprechendem Ambiente. Lobby und Restaurantbereich außergewöhnlich. Das Frühstück war ein Traum. Unser Zimmer war schön und gemütlich. Etwas mehr Platz und Ablagemöglichkeit wären super, aber auch so haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolle Pflegeprodukte im Bad. Insgesamt nur zu empfehlen!

Värt att boka!

Mycket trevligt hotell totalt sett. synd att gin baren var stängd på plan 2 om ute baren är stängd (pga. väder ? )borde plan.2 vara öppen. sedan borde 1 bar vara öppen längre än 23.00 sommar perioden borde det vara till 01.00 övrig period 24.00 ang. Spa borde det vara några högtalare som spelar ut njutbar lugn musik vid poolerna så det inte blir stelt, kan kännas simhall känsla annars.
