The concierge contacted me by phone during check-in hours to confirm my imminent arrival. Welcomed us enthusiastically, and checked us in rapidly. The room (King Suite) was very clean, and had loads of room. There was adequate linen, and the room was quiet. Everything that we used worked. Absolutely no complaints, and other than the lack of a balcony or a view, I would definitely stay again. I witnessed the staff keeping immaculate care of the grounds and rooms, so I was impressed.

Great staff, overall wonderful experience

We stayed last weekend, we picked Harrison hot springs since we were visiting the nearby tulip festival. When we arrived we came across Arash, who checked us in and gave us recommendations for dinner choices. The room itself was clean, functional and newly refurbished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was nice and plush, I slept well. This a place I would return to bit stay longer because of the excellent customer service (we left an item behind and the motel posted it back to us), we felt welcomed and did try two of the dinner suggestions. I had a lovely prime rib meal at the pub and a delicious breakfast at the burger spot. Everything was walkable and we had an enjoyable time. Thanks again for a great experience.

We loved our stay at the Harrison Grand Motel! Don’t let the word ‘motel’ fool you, I’ve had a better stay here than some reputable hotels. The had everything, Keurig coffee maker, kettle, ironing board/iron, and what loved most was that it had enough outlets for all our devices on each night stand. They had shampoo/conditioners/body wash dispensers and hair dryer. We had a little balcony and a nice view of the lake and mountain…very beautiful. The room was modern and very clean. And…it was close to everything. Would definitely stay there again.

I had booked, what I thought was a room with a kitchenette & unfortunately I was some what fooled by Expedia description of the room I choose. The motel was kind enough to only charge me for two nights and not the tree I stayed. Great services and owner/manager. Highly recommended but look at the room type you are booking.
