I love the location, the room and amenities

The staff member at the front desk was nice, but there is no staff between 1030PM and 8AM which they are clear about when you check in. The room was clean although lack luster, the bathroom was very dated but seemed clean. The shampoo and soap were terrible quality. The bed was springy and not super comfortable although did the trick for a one night stay before the airport. It was pricy for what it was, but appears they are trying to update the property so that was good to see with a new elevator and fresh paint in the hallways. It isn't worth $300+ per night but that's Vancouver for you I suppose. I wouldn't stay again, and I wouldn't stay for more than 1 night. It was okay overall.

Nice apartment, comfortable bed and good kitchen facilities. Parking garage under hotel very empty - maybe due to the expensive parking charge and possibly cheaper or free parking spots nearby. Lots of building work nearby when I went but this may have finished on your visit.

What a wonderful hotel in Vancouver. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the city.
