Practical hotel for business travel. Not well located for tourists

Habitación muy conveniente cerca al aeropuerto, y a la estación de metro de San Lorenzo, con restaurantes cerca y buena relación calidad/precio. Fácil self-check in. Se escucha ruido del pasillo.

Muy amable el recepcionista. El transporte al aereopuerto muy puntual.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Thebsyaff were very friendly and helpful. Great amenities, the pool isn't very big and can get quite busy. The 360 rooftop bar has fantastic views of Madrid. However in the evening it can get very busy and there can be a long wait for seating. As it was busy we felt that once our food and drinks had finished there was an expectation for us to leave. If we visit Madrid at some point in the future then we would definitely stay at this hotel again

There was a staff desk but I never saw anyone there-but we had no issues. The location was close to metro and grocery store.

Great place. Clean, helpful and friendly staff. Godd A/C which is vital at this time of the year. Nice spacious room with Palace view. Comfortable bed.
