The property is beautiful. Well designed and reasonable in size. You instantly feel a sense of home. Staff is very welcoming and easy to talk to.

Rooms was organized but very small. AC good. Night clerk helped by finding extra pillows. Wifi worked in lobby but not in room.plugs were loose so adaptors fell out.

The hotel is great and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Breakfast is excellent and the decor is very fun and clever. The rooms are well configured, just small. We’re traveling for three weeks so were a bit overpacked but made it all work. It’s a quick walk to central town, which was great after dinner, and nice to be out of the hustle + bustle.

Stylish hotel, a refuge away from the crowds while being well located to travel to several beaches and the old town. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the staff were very helpful. Would definitely return.

It's a beautiful property, perfectly maintained. Staff is great, helpful and friendly, food at breakfast is great and the views are unbelievable. Most definitely would recommend to anyone traveling to Biarritz, it is definitely worth it.

Beautiful hotel with brilliant views. Staff were friendly and hotel gift shop was brilliant. Could only be improved by having steamers or irons in the room.

We paid for this on Expedia then were charged a breakages deposit at check in on top of what we had paid already. This hasn’t been refunded despite attempts to contact the hotel directly and through Expedia. Reception staff were rude also. Apartments are comfortable and well appointed but our hob was cracked and other damage noted which we took photos of in case deposit was withheld.

Its always a joy to stay here. Service was not as good as usual this time but the setting makes you forget the hiccups
