There is not enough parking and with only two spots to go upstairs, it makes carrying everything difficult. It is outdated and could use some updates. The linens were clean and sufficient, which was great. The upholstered chairs and buckets of smoking butts everywhere on the outside walkways do leave a poor impression but for cost, it is what I expected.

What a hidden gem! The rooms have been completely renovated in a modern rustic look, very comfortable and feel safe. I stayed here due to its location for fishing the Little Juniata watershed, and it was a perfect location. Parking worked well for loading/unloading my gear - not easy to do in some of the chain hotels. The kitchenette really made you feel at home, with everything you need for a short stay and the bed was so comfortable and clean. The bathroom seemed like a spa. I highly recommend staying here.

The liberty lodge has no registration desk. We had to ask a guest where they registered and that happened to be across the parking lot at the Econo Lodge. So odd. Lobby in there had stained furniture and just looked unkept. There were no ice machines at the Liberty Lodge, but the nice staff member that registered us gave us bags to get ice from the Econo Lodge to take across the parking lot to our room. The room was large clean enough but the TV didn't work and to call down to the front desk while the phone didn't work. So we ended up switching rooms. The next room smelled like someone had died in it. No joke. Beds were comfortable but we woke up and were too sketched to try their grab and go breakfast. Wouldn't book again.

Easily excessible, simple registration, great value for the money. Very responsive manangement team.

Hotel was super clean and enjoyable. We had a suite that we booked last minute and were able to fit our family of 6 comfortably. The pool was nice, stocked with towels, very clean. The Mexican restaurant, sharing the parking lot, is very good, and very easy to eat out without driving anywhere. Staff were helpful and able to connect me to my Marriott Bonvoy rewards account when I wasn't able to do it via my cell phone.

It’s old and quaint . The bathroom floor was wonky but added to the charm. Shower was clean but not much water pressure. Over all not a bad overnight stop. And the diner across the street was a bonus.
