The hotel is under renovation. The gym was closed. The elevators were dirty from the work being done. The food was mostly packaged including a breakfast biscuit that was put in a microwave. The staff was excellent

The entire experience was amazing! The staff, especially the manager was amazing. She went above and beyond to ensure my cousin and I had a terrific birthday weekend trip.
