I enjoyed the property, my issue is with valet. I waited over 35 minutes after my retrieval request and gave up after 40 minutes, which is when I received the new notification that my vehicle had been brought to me. I came down in person and waited and by 12:46am, I’d already been waiting 35:01 minutes (which I have screenshots for). I was given a number to the manager George and when I called, he laughed in my face and hung up and then didn’t return my call. Unfortunately, I have no other way of contacting or getting the attention of the hotel or valet unless there’s a negative review, since my attempts in person and on the phone have been unsuccessful.
