The lady at check in was wonderful. The rooms were so dirty. The floors are sticky and dirty. The breakfast was absolutely terrible. Eggs were hard, no breakfast meat. We could not get out of there any faster. Such a dirty hotel.

Several issues need addressed!

First of all, what is up with some hotel chains, including this one, charging $30.00 or more for an early check in?! Either a room is cleaned and ready, in which case, let your tired customer- who has probably traveled for hours at that point- go to their room, or it is not, and they must wait! Next, maid service is lacking. The floor in my room was filthy, as I found out after my shower and happened to look at my feet before bed. They were so black that it grossed me out, and I had to go back to the tub and wash them again, then wear socks for the rest of my time there...unacceptable! Third, the hotel offers a breakfast beginning at 6:00 am, but several people were on the 4:30 am shuttle with me, and there was nothing for us. It would be nice to have a "grab and go" yogurt, muffin, fruit, or other option to take with you to the airport. Lastly, there were red and blue flashing lights in 3 areas of the parking lot, and bright lights everywhere else. The rooms need blackout curtains, as it is difficult to sleep in a light room. The shutters on the window don't cut it.

It is “fine” We checked in early ($30 fee), was taking a nap when a woman came into our room, unannounced. We all were shocked- she apologized saying she didn’t realize we had already checked in and was doing a room check. Weird. The worst part is the entire property reeks of air fresheners and cleaning agents. I had a terrible headache and had to sleep with my head under the covers in an effort to escape the odor. Bed was comfortable and room was clean

The staff here are very nice but the room was filthy. Very dirty floors and a leaking air conditioner. The hotel is located near a busy highway and airport which were both very noisy all night.

We asked if we could check in early and they charged us even though the room was just sitting there ready. The staff make you feel like you’re unconvincing them. It sounds like your at the end of the runway hearing plane after plane, earplugs help a little.

The facility is clean, looks like has been updated superficially with fresh paints. The building itself still is old, breakfast can be improved as well, but really Saturday morning wasn’t anyone around !! What I like is the proximity to IAH, and hotel shuttle including in the price !

Worst Best Western

The smell in the hallway was horrible. Someone was smoking pot and the smell wouldn't go away. Our rooms had a musky smell. We went for breakfast at 7am they ran out of food and it took over a half hour before they started filling it. Would not go back. Worst Best Western I have been too.

This is a modern and clean hotel. Location was near airport and they provided free shuttle. great for 1-2nights to get access to airport but NOT for vacay.
