I wish that breakfast would go later than 9, but overall great experience. The room set up was good, the shuttle was very easy and helpful, and the staff was very nice. Perfect for the price.

The room we were given. Smelt strongly of mold as you opened the door. The health department should do an inspection. I would not recommend staying at the hotel.

Front desk staff was nice and helped to unclog the toilet. However, the toilet backed up again after one use. No shampoo available. Only conditioner is there and it has been opened. Breakfast options are very limited.

The room reeked strongly of chemicals. The drop ceiling tiles over the shower are stained and have holes. The property, although updated with some marble countertops is dated. The carpet is old and had a hole. This will be our last time staying at a Best Western.

Hotel rating is very poor. Security around the hotel makes it look scary. Will never book this location again except there's a good Security provided. Issue of car theft and other unpleasant experience by others after we arrived at the hotel to see what others who book this location reported is very scary and tells a story of never book this location again. Even though theres an hotel opposite but it doesn't guarantee safety of residents at Best Western. Mgt needs to take action and preventive measures on the way forward. Must not wait to get a calamity incidence before action.
