Upon entering the hotel, an unusual odor was detected in the atmosphere. Furthermore, the initial greeting was absent, with staff members situated behind a closed door, requiring a bell to be rung for assistance. On the day we intended to have breakfast at 7:30 AM, no options were available. The cereal selection, specifically Cheerios, was mixed with other varieties. When this was brought to the manager's attention, no apology was offered. Approximately fourteen individuals were present for breakfast, and the situation resulted in a negative experience.

Elevator has been broken twice I ask before checking in was the elevator working but clearly has not my room is on the third floor and staff seem unconcerned saying he doesn’t know when maybe in the morning have my luggage other than that rooms clean service great anyone in will chair are whoever relying on elevator it frequently breaks

I didn't like that when I called the front desk to let them know that I qould arrive late and alao that I needed the shuttle at 6:30 AM to return to the airport My room.was available qhen O arrived, nutvthe shuttle was not scheduled which caused me to get to the airport late.
