Staff are the shining stars

First, I want to say that the entire staff is outstanding - reception, food service, and housekeeping. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Thank you. Breakfast was excellent – waffles, eggs, sausage, cereals, fruit and juice. Great start to the day. The hotel is a little older, but it’s clean and well maintained. The only thing I could have asked for were more substantial blankets. They were very light, and some people get cold at night. But I would definitely stay here again.

Very bad experience

No hot water .. wasn’t fixed by the time We had to check out so we had book another hotel to shower as we were on the road traveling. Tried to call 4 separate times and the phone didn’t work .. we both went down twice to see about the water and were told the plumber was coming In 30 min.. thirty mins was over an hour actually. Was told they’d call me to discus compensation… that hasn’t happened. So I’ll be going to my card company about this and calling corporate.

Comfortable Nights

The room was comfortable. The property was clean and quiet. We all were able to get a good night's sleep. Breakfast was good. Items included scrambled eggs, sausage, roasted potatoes,waffles,cereals as well as coffee,tea, and hot chocolate. The staff was friendly and efficient. Will definitely stay again.
