The hotel was quiet and clean. We had a problem with the TV not working. The front desk clerk Jamie came up to the room and checked it. Could not fiqure out the problem, so she found us another room. She went to the new room and check the tv and put the A/C on and brough us the key to that room. She went out of the way to take care of the problem.

The room was very clean it hotel was VERY quiet. There were two very broken pieces of furniture in the room though. You couldn't even sit in the office chair. It was broken in three places. And there was a broken 3 legged table next to the armchair that should've just been removed. Having clearly broken pieces of furniture in a room just makes the room look shabby. Also, the water pressure was terrible and the water in the shower took forever to warm up and then never really got hot .. just lukewarm. The beds were super comfortable and the air conditioning kept the room really cold, which we appreciated. Easy checkin. Good breakfast.

I checked in almost 9 pm from the airport tired. I was ready to shower but luckily it’s alway my thing to open the duvet cover all the way to check for critters. Thank God I did there was a colony of red big ants under there and unfortunately I got bit on my toes because I already took my shoes when I got in. Took all my stuff went down stairs and demanded a new room! Worst experience by far!!

My only issue with my stay was that the maid service was terrible. We got fresh towels every other day and the trash was not emptied regularly. we had 4 days of trash that built up in the room and bathroom.

Clean room. Working AC. Water pressure was a little low. Staff promptly provided extra towels. The waffle batter dispenser was difficult at times since the nozzle was loose. It could help to have cups of batter already out and ready to go. But the TX-shaped waffles were really good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

The only issue I had with this stay is there were ants. There was a communication issue. The lady didn’t understand me when I was telling her that ants were in my room. Otherwise it was good.
