The hotel was included in my Expedia search for hotels with "free breakfast." My reservation confirmation stated "free breakfast." However, the breakfast was NOT free. Moreover, it was very expensive. This hotel should not be included as a hotel that provides free breakfast. Also, the parking was very expensive ($49/night).

I was so looking forward to my time away at Blossom Hotel however? This was a nightmare. No hot water, smell of marijuana, and upstairs guest were partying all night until 4 am the next morning. In conclusion, I paid for torture (sleep deprivation, unsanitary environment, Loud noise levels, and showering and cold water). Do yourself a favor, choose another hotel if you would like to rest.

This was our third stay at the hotel, The staff are always very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome every time. It’s a wonderful place to stay, especially if you need to be near the medical center. Highly recommended!

The valet parking was not good at all. The give you a card to call when your want your vehicle and than wait 15 minutes in your room just so I didn’t have to wait outside. When I got there my car was not ready and waited 20 more minutes after being asked if I had been help. It was better when I could park my own car rather having to wait for them to bring my vehicle around.

Brand-new hotel, with comfortable good size bedrooms and showers. It is across MD Anderson Cancer Center (MC1 building), and walkable to other buildings of the Texas Medical Center in Houston, Texas. Good illumination of the neighboring streets, and no apparent danger of criminal activity. The bad issue was the price for overnight parking, 48 US$ per night seems excessive when compared with other nearby hotels.

Clean room, great service. However, room service doesn't exist even though it is touted. When calling, you get an answering machine and when you are about to leave a message, you are told the mailbox is full. Also, menu's for in room dining are not up to date. Also, coffee machine is like a latte thing...which didn't work as well. Second time staying here, same issues last time. Also, Valet is 50 bucks a night. 40 if you want to self park...
