When we checked in at 5 p.m., our room was not ready. We had to wait in the lobby for an hour. Every time I've been here, one or more of the elevators don't work, so it takes a lot of time to get to/from the rooms. This hotel is usually pretty full for events (concerts, baseball games) so this can take some time. The hotel is clean, nice, and comfortable and the lobby area does offer food (which is pretty good, albeit pricey) and they do have a bar and plenty of seating.

The rooms and the facility are in pristine condition. Modern and contemporary decor. Seamless check-in and check-out processes. Really enjoyed this quick stay. Super short to the Convention Center. Even closer was Minute Maid Park. Would definitely stay again if my travels bring me back to Houston.

Greta hotel EXPENSIVE PARKING!
Great hotel the location is great for going to a baseball game at Minutemaid Stadium But the PARKING FEE IS OUTRAGEOUS!!!
