The location is downtown with horrible parking. Bugs/gnats and roach in bathroom light fixtures flicked on and off all night,. uncomfortable sleep. bed was soft. room was too small for a king suite . only stayed 3 hours took shower saw bugs and checked out. Front desk said they were booked and couldnt switch my room so i decided to leave i paid $179 for a small room with bugs and a blinking light smelled like stale hot water in room .

I recently stayed at Club Quarters and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with the room condition. The room was dark and outdated, the shower was non-functional, and the microwave was rusty inside with parts literally falling off. It was clear that maintenance was lacking, and the overall quality of the accommodations did not meet expectations. However, I have to acknowledge the hotel manager, who tried to assist on a couple of issues and make things right. Her professionalism and willingness to help were commendable, and for the most part, the rest of the staff was equally attentive and friendly. If not for the poor room conditions, my rating would be much higher. The team deserves 5 stars, but the state of the rooms really needs improvement. Until the hotel invests in better upkeep and maintenance, I wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel was amazing. We said in one of the suites and it was very spacious, clean and the bed was extremely cozy. Even the couch was so comfy. I would 100% stay here again! However, that being said, my two complaints are: 1. Parking. It was clearly stated that you either pay nightly for valet or park across the street and pay there. 2. One of the employees staff knocked on our door when I was in the shower and my partner was sleeping, and I guess the employee (who was a man) got impatient and ended up unlocking our door and coming in, which was super inappropriate, especially since I was in the shower. I was extremely uncomfortable with this. I don't want to take away from the other employees there, which were so kind and sweet, so I won't deduct stars from my review, but they definintely need to put that guy in check.
