Not likely to stay again.

This is the third time we stay at this location. We enjoy the easy check-in and location. The rooms are always clean, a little small but clean. Valet is a bit of a wait especially in the evening. It looked like they were shorthanded. Everyone was nice and professional. We most likely will NOT be staying here again. It looks like pets are allowed which is fine however we had to ride in an elevator with dog vomit. We were running behind and our uber was waiting for us. We called the front office and they said someone would clean it when it came down because the other elevator was out of service. It was disgusting and smelled awful. When we got to the lobby we noticed another employee cleaning the rug. This dog must have been vomiting everywhere. We saw another perdon with a dog jumping up and down. I don't mind pets but they need to be looked after and cleaned up after or the hotel needs stricter policies.

I liked how you could check-in yourself using a kiosk, good location if you need to be downtown but I probably wouldn't stay here again due to property not having hot water (anytime throughout the day or night) and if your room is near the elevator, forget about getting quality sleep as you can hear it loudly operating 24/7.

Worst experience in Houston.

I was being harassed and treated rude and sarcastic by the valet guys, Brandon at front desk and over the call with costumer service. Pretty bad parking stuff. You can’t park in front of the hotel to do the check in for 5 mins. Or you need to pay valet $35 or self parking $25, they were imposed this. I payed $25 self parking, did my check in, picked my car again cuz I needed to do something out, and got back and pay again $25. Next door guest was making a party, too loud music and talk. Complained to Brandon 3 times. He was giving excuses. Next day, he said he went there and did not hear nothing. I made videos btw. Sarcastic the whole time. I left a day before I should cuz my experience was devastated it. Anyway, everyone has your own experiences. So, good luck. Btw, I’ve been stayed in this hotel 5 times along 3 years. Never had any trouble.

The valet was very rude upon arrival. The front desk was very helpful with check in though. We got to our room and it was very dirty. There was food and bugs in the light fixture. Hair all over the bathroom and smudges on the wall. The pillows were horribly uncomfortable. The rooms were tiny, but that was to be expected with this hotel. There was a lot of foot traffic constantly when coming and leaving. We likely won’t go back. It’s was dirty and too chaotic for us.
