The staff was nice but the property is deceiving. The lobby looks decent, but the elevator is old and moldy and has seen better days. The rooms are OK, and the bed is decent, however the mold on the ceiling is alarming. The free shuttle service is a nice offering in theory, but my driver wasn’t very helpful with my suitcases and his car was a pretty busted old van — plus he wouldn’t put on his seatbelt so the alarm went off for half the drive (by the way, he also sells puppies apparently from the ad on the back). I took Lyft the following day instead of doing the free shuttle mostly because I didn’t want to do another ride in the van with the seatbelt alarm blaring the whole time because he wouldn’t wear the seatbelt. I won’t be staying here again but it’s a whatever option if you need a cheap place to stay for a Houston layover.

I was checked into a room that was occupied. The next room was disgusting, pubic hair on the sheets, smoke detector was missing and the wires were hanging, all of the face plates on sockets were broken and the plugs hanging, the tub was gross, overall worst experience ever! Total waste of money

airport van ran from 5-10am and 6pm till 10:45. No mention was made of limited hours. When we arrived at the front desk at 09:45 for the last morning van, we were told that we failed to make a reservation the night before. We were required to Uber to and from airport. Tried to call front desk a number of times and never got an answer. Many of the TV channels on TV didn't work. The hotel is in need of some maintenance.

The price was excellent. However, neither of the 2 TVs in my room worked because DIRECTV service was down. That pretty much made my stay while in the hotel room boring. And, there was scotch tape, keeping the 3rd floor elevator button on the wall. That was pretty cheap-looking. And, it was hard to find a front desk employee. They preferred to sit in the lobby on the soft sofa rather than stay behind the desk where they belonged. And, when I called several times on different days, no one answered the phone. They were probably talking or texting on the sofa in the lobby, like I saw almost every time I went in and out of the hotel. But, the most important thing was PRICE PRICE PRICE! Come to think of it, the hotel was pretty mediocre. But the price was worth the mediocrity.

It smelled so bad! Rooms literally had garbage all over the dresser in our son’s room. My daughter almost fell through the floor in her room. They were going to switch rooms to have the staff open the new door to trash on counters etc. We got in after 1am and checked out asked for a refund and got another place to stay by 2am. After traveling it was not what we wanted to do. The gentleman who was working was so kind,apologetic,helpful and just very friendly. I felt bad for him because you could see that he was embarrassed.

I had a very disappointing stay at Comfort Inn & Suites IAH Bush Airport – East. The cleanliness of the hotel was subpar, with several areas visibly dirty and unkempt. Despite advertising an airport shuttle service, it was not provided, causing significant inconvenience. Additionally, the front desk staff was unhelpful and did not handle the situation professionally. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
