This hotel we did not expect to be in an unsafe part of town. No maintenance kept yp with repairs to the building. Out dated 1970's bedroom lamps. Not sufficient lighting in the bedrooms. Dirty marks in ceiling above bed. Basin in bathroom had no plug. Water barely came out of faucet. No complimentary water bottles in the room upon arrival. I was told at 11pm, I was not allowed to sit in the Lobby as the Lobby was closed. How ridiculous is that! Pitbulls, bulldogs and other dogs were staying in the hotel and apparently called service dogs. Where does one draw the line? Pet owners dont even pick up their own dog's poo, but leave it for the hotel staff to pick up on the grass outside. Gee. Never again!!!

My ac went down so i just needed something overnight. So it didnt have to ritz or Wyndam for that matter but this place has to be the Worst place ive ever stayed. When I got to my room I notice something crawling across my bed, it was a roach. Went downstairs to smoke a cigarette and a mice ran across the pavement in front of the entrance to motel. Save yourself the trouble dont stay here. Your be better off at MOTEL 6, and im not exaggerating!!!!!!!

Indoor pool was closed and clearly has been for a while. The exterior is in very poor shape. The hotel is right on a highway so it’s loud. They have a security gate around the building they keep the parking lot locked from 11-6 as the area is not very safe according to the man at the desk who was very nice. There’s several broken down cars in the parking lot. The interior of the room smelled strongly of mildew and weed. This seems to be the theme at many of the “choice” hotels lately. We will need to find another brand to go with for sure

The hotel is nothing of what the pictures shows. Beds were extremely uncomfortable, room and hotel smelled of old smoke and pet urine. Strange activity was going on amongst the other guests and it honestly seemed as if it was a halfway house.
