First room had no hot water for the tub, second room the water was hot but yellow Roaches were everywhere!!!!! Breakfast was decent staff was pleasant, area seemed to be drug infested.

Breakfast time didn’t have any water juice or tea. And when we asked for water she said they didn’t have any. Roaches was in the bathroom (a few) Didn’t know if the heater was on in the room or the air (very uncomfortable)

I’ll start off by saying Antoine at the front desk was awesome! His customer service skills were great. I was checked in and got up to my room and realized I was in the wrong room and he quickly switched us. The rooms smell like old water had been sitting in them forever. There were water stains on the floor. As it got later we started to see roaches. First just a tiny one in the restroom then they started coming out. There were even little ones stuck in the microwave. The ac unit didn’t work but I didn’t realize that until the middle of the night. Had it been summer I would have been upset but because it was cold outside it was manageable in the room. When we woke up to shower and brush our teeth we realized there was no hot water in our unit so we had to be moved. It was just such an inconvenience.

4:30 in the morning room 221 across the hall. A lady was screaming at the top of her voice. Had to call front desk.. It looked like a crackhead woman was going in and out of the hotel talking to herself and screaming at everybody. You need a security guard. Otherwise we will not stay there anymore.

Accommodating Staff

The guy who checked me in on Thursday, Nov. 28th was very nice and accommodating. This was on Thanksgiving, and I didn't get his name unfortunately. Nicole was also very accommodating throughout our stay. The staff members were friendly, the breakfast was hot and had variety including protein and fruit. The only thing I didn't like is having carpet as I generally prefer no carpet. Rooms/Beds need some updating. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel, especially for families. It's a family friendly hotel, piano music playing in the lobby, lemon water and a staff that does their best to make you feel comfortable and accommodated. The housekeepers were fairly attentive. New towels mostly and toiletries upon request. I especially like how the staff seemed to want you to enjoy your stay. They leave you alone and do their best to provide assistance when requested. Will definitely be returning to this location if needed while my new place is being remodeled. Busy location that is sometimes high traffic, but overall good stay for the money.
