I was greeted at the desk by friendly staff. The system was running slow because there was a power outage from a storm. The desk clerk was very apologetic for it being so slow, even thiugh it wasn't her fault. Our room was clean. It was much bigger than i was expecting too. The hotel had a lot of guests, but it was quiet. Very pleasant stay for the price.

The bed was very uncomfortable. For the time that I was there I didn’t get a goodnight rest. Pillows were very flat, mattress was hard, pool had floating debris in it, ran out of towels at the poolside. Staff was very nice and courteous. Loved the inside with the beautiful staircase. Hotel inside was very clean and tasteful.
