Checking in I forgot my toothpaste but brought my toothbrush I simply asked for some toothpaste. A gentleman at the front stated he did not know where it was at. So when I tried to purchase some from their convenience store they had in the hotel there was none in stock. This made it extremely inconvenient for me being that I'm used to getting toothpaste as an amenity or even being able to buy it. He told me that I would have to wait till 9:00 a.m. or maybe 7:00am when the manager came in. I am only staying in the hotel because of work and will be needing to be at work at 6:00 a.m. making this very inconvenient. Also, the gentleman in the front was very unprofessional and I don't understand how he did not know where the toothpaste is but is an employee here. Probably will never stay here or recommend this to anyone else. I mean he talked ghetto as

Poor choice, won’t go back

Very poor choice made by me. There was a dead cockroach in the room and the refrigerator was leaking. The guy at the front desk was kind and swapped my room. The new room had a house gecko which ran off and hid under the bed. The elevator had a smoke smell. The people were seen with beer bottles next to main entrance.

I really liked the staff service. They were nice and helpful. The only downside to staying was that the furniture was ripped up in our hotel room and there was a big roach in the room.

Very clean and comfortable

I found this place better than the last time I visited. It smells really clean. The shower head could be changed already though. That's about the only thing that needs attention.

Don’t get fooled

Not how it’s shown in pic ,kitchen was shown while booking and after confirmation too but unavailable after checking in .no cleaning ,pathetic experience.
