Although the staffing service was exceptional, there were a few issues with the room. Those issues are listed below: 1. The stopper in the tub would not stay up so, it would fill up when taking a shower. We had to use a piece of soap to keep it open. 2. There were several instances when the toilet would not flush. 3. Only two of the charging outlets for phones or other electronic devices actually worked in the room. 4. Neither of the nightlights worked by the bedside and one was actually totally broken with exposed wires. 5. The ice maker was broken and was never repaired during my seven day stay. The cleaning staff were wonderful! They were polite and courteous. They did a great job of cleaning the room. Although I enjoyed my stay, I felt that my stay could have been better. At any rate, the Property Manager and staff were exceptional.
