They refused to give me house keeping services, I live there for 14 days! No house keeping, no change bed sheet, no clean towel for 14 days! They refused to give me clean towel, I have to wash them by myself. I will report this to their headquarters. Service? No service at all, all staff are rude. Elevator broke for one week. Breakfast is very bad. Do not live here, you will be very disappointed

The hotel did not look any like the photos we got a very dirty couch. The night we checked in the elevator was not working supposedly was going to be fixed the next day and it never got fixed we had to carry everything through the stairs we had reserved for my moms surgery and it was a bad inconvenience making her take the stairs

They charged me $75 for towels when the latch to the room was broken the carpet had burnt marks and the couch inside the room was worn down and had holes that calls for infestation of rats please book elsewhere for the same price and better quality
