The hotel did not look any like the photos we got a very dirty couch. The night we checked in the elevator was not working supposedly was going to be fixed the next day and it never got fixed we had to carry everything through the stairs we had reserved for my moms surgery and it was a bad inconvenience making her take the stairs

They charged me $75 dollars for damaged towels when the latch to the room door was broken the carpet inside the room had burnt marks and the linens were not clean and also the couch inside the room was worn down with holes that call for an infestation of rats. The receptionist, Sunny is very pleasant, and helpful with providing information, his smile made us feel welcome, his warmth at receiving us made us feel we can count on him if we needed assistance. The lobby , the elevator, the hallways are clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean, quiet, very efficient staff. Receptionist, Sunny, is very pleasant, he listens attentively to questions, explained the reason of our downgrade clearly, and responds to essential requests with utmost courtesy. I would say he is one unique and significant good review to me and my family. He granted our request for extra blankets for 2 rooms the same day, explained why we need to wait for it couple of hours, his honesty and courtesy is something. More power to your staff!

Nothing fancy, Room was clean but the sofa bed smelled bad and was frayed , breafast was nothing to brag about, no water for instant oatmeal, BEWARE... the deposit was $150, in my opinion $125 too much. The best part was the evening desk clerk. She was sweet.

Shower broken and would not switch rooms

I’ve stayed here before (several times) booked in my name and my partners name . This is the first time I’ve encountered a problem and it was not addressed . The shower would not work , it only dripped out and not like a regular shower . Nadina said “that’s how all the rooms are” no it is not bc I’ve stayed before and the shower was never that way. I asked to be moved to another room bc we needed to shower . She said it was not possible and it was full. It was not bc there were bookings online and ppl walking in to check in . My entire stay was not enjoyable and I was not able to clean , this visit gets 0/5

Don’t waste your money

Didn’t stay due to condition of property. Lobby furniture is all stained, exterior of the building falling apart, when you walk-in it stunk like 10 cans of Lysol. The icing on the cake was no one was there at front desk to greet us. I had to yell “hello”.
