My family stayed there several nights. They had to ask constantly for the room to be cleaned, clean linens and towels,and the trash to be taken out of the room. The cleaning staff there refused to clean the room i am very disappointed to have paid money to stay there but the room service was awful!

Well for starters the elevators weren't working, and I have bad knees, but that was fine. They didn't have a working ice machine. However the most disappointing thing was waking up and going downstairs with my children for breakfast. And there was no breakfast as advertised. This was the train we picked this hotel, was because they were supposed to have free breakfast 😒 But the beds were at least comfy.

1) Shower was missing shower handles. Had to move rooms. The next room had a shower head that didn’t screw on all the way and squirted water everywhere. This hotel is hanging on by a thread… stay far away!
