Staff were hotel shuttle, front desk and maintenance were all superb, but there is a flaw with room design were toilet is right behind and above (upper floor) bed head so when flushed it sounds like a waterfall bomb and wakes you up. Also toilet seat was cracked in two places and there was smell of natural gas when using HVAC in room for AC or heat.

It was a great place for a layover. Clean nice rooms. Only thing was I got charged $20 for a coffee and a bagel in morning . And there is no real restaurant in the hotel . I came down at 930 and nothing left and it was over $10 for a latte . Now I expected $6 but $10? Come on. Had to try and walk to find somewhere else and I was crossing busy street and only jack in box . So bear that in mind.
