The housekeeping is rude and I saw a lady cleaning the bathroom and then use the same towel to clean coffee area , the restaurant food is bad I ask for soup and ask for chips and crackers the server told me they don’t have in a rude way , my kid was eating quesadillas and he has chips in his plate , I pay $8 for a beer and the next day $12 for the same beer

Sheets had blood stains and hair. There was not enough towels or toilet paper. Ceiling in the restroom had a metal piece sticking out.

It was convenient to the hospital the lady who checked me in a friendly. We had a lot of trouble with the parking garage infact got stuck the arms would not lift up for us to leave. Hair was left in the shower. And a lot of noise in the hall
