Excellent stay

Newly renovated. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Great location near Sam Houston Race Track. Staff was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. Will definitely be back!

Not the best

The staff was amazing and giving that the hotel is currently under remodel (didn’t know) there was not the best stay. The shower head and mattress were great. But there were furniture in the halls from the remodel and the fire sprinkler in the room as growing hair. There is no coffee maker or blow dry in the rooms … make sure you pack your blow dryer. The door is not water treated so the bathroom door will cry tears of “help”. Give it time and this hotel will see better days.

The hotel was under construction it was being renovated so there was furniture outside everywhere we had to walk around it in order to get to our room.

Took them 3 days to clean our room and that wasn’t till 5pm when we were trying to get ready for dinner after being out all day. There was only one towel in the room when we checked in and there are no comforters or duvets on the bed. There is also tons of construction going on at the hotel.

Much of the property seemed to be under construction with lots of noise and boxes of materials all around. It is in an industrial area, and it is impossible to walk (and fairly difficult to drive) to any interesting destinations.
