The staff were really good but the room had stains on the floor and chairs; shower head and tub was rusty. Fridge did not get cold either. I was disappointed as i have stayed here before but was so tired and was only staying for one night so just dealt with it. Thanks to front staff.

room had no heat, we would not have stayed here if had known, we made due with extra blankets, there was no room to change to as all were same. Room had no working safe, we were told it could be repaired (missing door) but then it was not possible, by that time we did not which to move, we made it work keeping all valuables with us all the time. the sink was plugged, they did rectify that quickly, left the empty container or harsh crystals on counter, we dispoased, we were attempting church sund 1100 to 1pm so asked for a late check out, the best we could get was 1pm, seemed a bit inflexible, after the other issues happened we did bring this up again and got it increases, which gave just enough time and worked, they also have a small voucher for restaurant use so that was also useful and appreciated

We had to change rooms because of an issue with the shower. The bathrooms in both rooms had rust and dirt. The tubs/showers were not clean. The restaurant staff ignored us and were not friendly when we did get service.

Almost there !
Would appreciate use of a shuttle to include airports and downtown conference centre If not might have to look at hotel closer to downtown Other than that enjoyed my stay !
