Parking lot underground was convenient but difficult to park. Key card also helps on going in and out of parking lot. Staff is extremely helpful and professional. Room was clean and organized. Bed was comfortable. Thanks!

The sheet and pillows had blood spots I paid for breakfast and they still charged me. Sent a complaint and got someone to call ne she was rude and said since I wasn’t a Hilton rewards member and I used hotels.com. There was nothing she could do about it. I took pictures and sent them to them. Also we checked in at 10 o’clock. The restaurant was closed already. There was no place to get food. And the woman who checked us in was extremely rude and every time I ask a question she was put out. The bathroom ceiling wasn’t finished.

The lobby was nice, and although the room itself was clean for the most part, the aesthetic wasn’t up to what I expected. The parking situation was complicated and expensive. I paid almost $40 for overnight parking which I think is ridiculous. I recently lodged at another doubletree location near Hobby airport. The hotel itself was much smaller than his location but the room I had was much better with good lighting. Parking was free and very simple.

Not great. Nothing wrong with the service but the place is in need of a serious overhaul / complete refitting. Smells old, carpets worn, tap in bathroom dripping, a/c was full blast cold air no matter what setting was applied. Just old, worn, sad.
