Upon arrival, the parking garage was VERY hard to find, creepy, and difficult navigate through. The first set of escalators were out of order so I had to carry my suitcase and carry on up it. Once I checked in I was informed that I had to pay for a daily parking rate despite under the impression that there was a free parking. When trying to leave in and out the garage, my key card barely worked to let me out and I had to ring the front desk 80% of the time for them to let me in or out. Once I arrived in my room, it looked very out dated and runned down. While getting ready in the bathroom I noticed a huge gap in the panels above me. I immediately felt uncomfortable as I could easily push up the panels. It looked somewhat like a trap door or something that someone could peak in to while I was in the bathroom. The front desk was able to switch me rooms which I really appreciated, but upon arrival my first initial impressions were very low. Although the staff was very friendly and helpful, I would probably never stay here again, let alone even a Hilton.

I'm highly disappointed and disqualified with the level of service I received at this property. Due to the inconvenience that we have received since we first walked into this room. From multiple towels with hair on them, mini refrigerator had to be replaced twice and to add insult to injury Maintenance had to come in our room at 2am due to the temperatures the room being 85 degrees. I have not been able to get adequate sleep and settle into enjoying my vacation. I think it's offensive that you would only suggest is to inconvenience us again by moving us out room and to compliment our parking. This isn't parking issue this is a lodging issue.This hotel need a to be remodeled and need to update a lot of things. From the continental breakfasts and the price of it to the ventilation in the bathroom.

The staff is always accommodating. Dining options are limited, but the hotel is adjacent to Lakewood Church so the commute is stress-free on Sundays!
