View of the city was amazing. Room was big and spacious. Area was walking distance from galleria and close to lots of places to eat around Houston. Great variety around there. Nice atmosphere. Staff was nice and friendly. No free parking, must park in parking tower for nightly fee.

Managers and staff were very kind and polite. Request for service were fulfilled rapidly. Digital key was a great addition. There was an error during digital check out and required me to place a call back to the hotel to do so after I left the premises.

Disappointed I have stayed there many times

Computer was down to charge to room either pay ccard or cash for water side etc Twice someone tried to get in room. One they actually open door. In room coffee maker was there but I had to basically move the furniture to plug in. I did not do that.
