I had 5 days 3/23 there was hot water Monday,Tuesday no hot water Wednesday we had half a day hot water and Thursday the same reception staff rude when I asked they said they were working on it I said good morning no response I asked for the email of a manager and they said will email it to you and never did I asked for a print out receipt and said she could not print one that I will be emailed one I checked out at 9 am

Worst experience! Staff was rude and unpleasant … they clearly do not know how to listen the rooms were not dirty but not exactly clean. Oh and just because you do the book now pay later they do not care if you hand them a new card at the hotel they double charge you and then tell you it’s your fault and get rude with you! I highly suggest people stay away from this property….

The rooms are quite clean but noisy, heard the neighbor's TV all night long and every day there was somebody new screaming and shouting across the hallways. The breakfast is terrible. Housekeeping only comes on demand and not on a regular basis and sadly I only learnt that on check out. All in all this is a cheap place and you get what you pay for.

Property lawn was overgrown. Trash around the building. Soft drink machine only water and ice. They would run out of milk at breakfast around 8:30am when breakfast was from 6:30 to 9:30. Not Drury hotel any more thats for sure, standards have dropped.
