Concert trip
Thid was the second time that booked through Hotels.com that I reserved a king room but when I got there the hotel showed I reserved 2 queen beds. Luckily both were able to fix and update, but if they wouldn't have had a king available... it would have ruined the trip. I don't know if it's an issue with Hotels.com/Expedia or the hotels, but I will be checking with the hotel the next time before I get there. The staff were great, we loved the happy hour and the free breakfast in the morning. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel
An overnight stay prior to using the airport so used for convenience however the hotel was lovely apart from the noise from the interstate. The pool and gym was lovely.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was comfortable but seemed a little aged. There was not enough room for all the patrons to enjoy the drinks and food. The waffle machines were not working properly and some of the breakfast food was cold.

Overall the stay was nice. The kick back relax from 530 to 730pm was nice. Good food and drinks. Pool was nice but the hot tub had a foul smell. A fishy smell. Maybe needs to be emptied and cleaned.

It’s close to the Pavillion, so we always stay here when going to concerts. It’s in a safe neighborhood, well lit, easy to find, easy parking & very clean. The staff is super friendly. There’s also access to the parking lot from a side street-which makes it easier than just the one-way access road. We will always stay here.
