Not a satisfying experience

The Hotel is under construction and we heard banging all day starting at 9am. We tried sleeping in but couldn’t with the banging noise. The breakfast was okay but not great.

My only complaint was the fact that I had completed my check-in process on line before my arrival and still had to redo the whole process at the front desk. I believe they were having computer issues though, so it wasn’t their fault.

Overall good but could use improvements

The staff were helpful and courteous. The issues I had were very limited breakfast choices so with my food allergies there was nothing I could eat plus the bathroom had fleas. That can happen in a pet friendly hotel. Staff says they’d get the room sprayed.
