I have been hit or miss with hotels lately, mainly miss. That stopped when I arrived at this Embassy Suits! The review were actually accurate. I was greet warmly by Nikki at the front desk and she went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. For those who don’t like the leave the hotel every min rest assure you can order food at the bar and it’s bet tree is then most restaurants! They have free happy hour in the evening as well. Don’t hesitate to book you will NOT BE disappointed. There aren’t to many people more picky then me.

I absolutely love this property. I have stayed here for years when I needed a staycation!! Yulanda, the hotel manager, is AMAZING! The evening reception and the breakfast is a definite plus!! I always bring different people to share in the experience and they have ALL been extremely excited from entrance to not wanting to leave.

Overall our stay was okay. Our room only had 1 towel and we called to request 3 additional ones and we could not get through the front desk or room services. Once we called the 3rd time they said they would deliver the towels but never were received. Our second night we requested the towels again but had to go to the front desk because no one would pick up the phone when we called from our room.
