We spent 3 nights here after a cruise. The staff was lovely and helpful with any questions. The continental breakfast was okay, nothing spectacular. Overall the hotel was very quiet, we spent every afternoon at the pool by ourselves. Only complaint is the bathroom light is motion censored and was very sensitive. The lights would turn on at all hours of the day so we slept with the bathroom door closed. We would gladly stay here again.

It was very very difficult to figure out how to turn on the shower. I even checked the handout I was given at check in to make sure I wasn’t missing something simple. Eventually I ran out of patience and annoyed my husband enough and we gave up. When we called down to the desk, we were simply told to twist and pull. There are two levers - no one explained to pull out the top one and turn the bottom to regulate between hot and cold. How hard is that? Instead we got an exasperated sigh and a “I’ll be up there in a minute”. Either make these things less complicated, explain things more succinctly, or don’t be bothered when you have to go and show someone. Other than that, the room was clean and the ac blew cold. My husband was disappointed in the breakfast options and the general scant amount of food available but I was happy with apple juice and an English muffin. The check in process was smooth and check out took less than 30 seconds. On the whole, the stay wasn’t bad - but the water issue in the shower left a bad taste in my mouth. I shouldn’t be meant to feel like I need to apologize for being too stupid to figure out how to turn the shower on. I’m not sure if I’ll be back.

From ratings we expected more. No daily room refresh, indeed had to ask for fresh towels. Seemed to be new, yet appeared "worn" in some areas. Breakfast was minimal.

I give this hotel 10⭐️. The staff was impeccable and showed so much hospitality and the assistant manager checked on me when I had an issue and he showed he cared and was concerned about me and my children and we are not from Texas. They made our stay enjoyable. If I’m ever back in town I will make sure that I come back to the Fairfield Inn Suites in League City.

Fantastic stay. The overall state of the property was excellent, clean and welcoming. The staff, Sean, Willie, and Tabitha were genuinely concerned with guests needs. Welcoming doesn’t come close to describing all three, and helpful beyond what you would expect.
